All who played golf with Thelma will remember the little bag of goodies she gave to her fellow player's on the day. Such a lovely gift and so typical of a lovely person. I moved to Hartley Wintney in April 2019 and Thelma visited me straight away and welcomed me to the village. The following year in lockdown just before Easter my doorbell rang and it was Thelma and her neighbour with two little crochet chickens with an Easter Egg in side for me and my son who was living with me.   It was such a nice thing to do and apparently she had made them for all her neighbours. She truly was an amazing person and will be much missed by everyone who knew her. With my love Sylvia
